GENERAL STATEMENT.
We will at all times respect your privacy you are our customer and you are special. Any information we collected on this site will be kept in strict confidence and will not be sold, disclosed, loaned or rented to any third party. We will not use any information you give us in any way you have not consented to.

PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The information you supply to us is used soley by us and will not be divulged to 3rd parties without your consent, unless:

It is required by a supplier for the sole purpose of fulfilling an order.
Our shopping cart providers may view your address details during the course of maintenance or rectifying technical problems. They will never knowingly divulge information about our customers to 3rd parties under any circumstances.
If you elect to receive occasional mailings from us, your email address is never divulged to 3rd parties except in the circumstances above.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY.
We have no recorded cases of credit card fraud using the system that norfolkplastics.co.uk use for our web site, nor do we expect any as when you are asked to supply your credit card details you will be transferred to our secure SSL server. This is confirmed by looking for a padlock image in the bottom right of your browser.

If your credit card is fraudulently used, generally as the worst case your credit card company will only hold you responsible for the first £50 of the loss. To protect you from this risk, we will, if buying from our site causes the problem, refund this cost.

You are at more risk using your credit card in a restaurant or over the phone than you will ever be buying from our web site.

We have now added paypal as a payment option on our website, which is the safest way to pay on the internet. You can pay using paypal if you have a paypal account, or by credit or debit cards.

DELIVERY TIMES AND REFUND POLICY.
We ship to the UK only.
If the goods are in stock we aim to dispatch them next working day at the latest. As our site has over 500 products, not to mention variations. If your goods are not in stock and there will be a delay of a few days, we will contact you to let you know.

Most orders are shipped by courier. This usually arrives within 2 working days but can take up to 4 working days and has to be signed for.
When ordering worktops and most other large items please be aware somebody must be avaiable to sign for the goods purchased. If any damages arise during dispatch, refunds will be given at management discretion. If delivery note has been signed by purchaser a refund will not be given on damaged goods. Please check your order before signing delivery note.

RETURN PROCEDURE.
The return of any goods is the responsibility of the sender, any goods returned to us must be received before any refund or exchange is given, we would insist that you use a recorded and insured postal service like Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class to cover any damage or loss that may occur in transit back to us. Please also note that postage is at the senders cost unless the item is found to be faulty, in this case postage will be reimbursed on receipt by us. If we are reimbursing the postage costs we will not reimburse more than the recorded 2nd class service from Royal Mail.
